All services are offered strictly in accordance with UAE laws, free zone regulations, and the activities permitted under our trade license.

3. No Government Authority

Emarzo Business Consultancy LLC is a private consultancy firm. We are not a government entity, immigration authority, bank, or free zone authority.
All approvals, licenses, visas, and registrations are issued solely by the respective UAE government departments or free zone authorities.

4. Service Engagement & Payments

  • Service fees, government fees, and third-party charges will be communicated clearly before engagement.

  • Payments once made towards government or third-party fees are non-refundable.

  • Consultancy or service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Delays caused by government authorities, banks, or third parties are outside our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

  • Submit required documents on time

  • Comply with UAE laws and regulations

  • Respond promptly to requests necessary to process your application

Emarzo Business Consultancy LLC shall not be liable for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. No Guarantee Clause

While we provide professional guidance and support, we do not guarantee:

  • Approval of visas, licenses, bank accounts, or permits

  • Processing timelines

  • Decisions by government authorities or financial institutions

Final decisions rest solely with the relevant UAE authorities.

7. Intellectual Property
